every grepthat report costs real money to produce, and we say so plainly. here's exactly how pay-per-report charges, monthly plans, and refunds work.

pay-per-report (Operator Report, Deep Operator Report)

each report is a one-time charge for that report. the cost is shown before you commit to running it. because a report represents real, delivered work, pay-per-report charges are generally non-refundable once the report has been generated — but if a report failed to generate, was materially incomplete, or the service made an error, contact us and we will make it right (a re-run or a refund).

monthly plans — never a lump year

monthly plans (Operator Starter, Operator Core, Operator Field Team, Deep Campaign Plan) bill monthly. we never charge a lump annual fee — no "pay 10, use 12." where a locked rate is offered, it's still billed each month, so your exit stays open every 30 days.

cancel anytime, one click

cancel a monthly plan at any time from your account, in one click, with no retention maze. cancellation stops all future billing. you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for, including any report allowance already granted for that period.

every report is a paid report. grepthat doesn't offer a trial tier — real output is the promise here, and we'd rather say that plainly than dress a limited trial up as something it isn't.

unused monthly report allowance

monthly plans include a set number of reports per period. unused reports do not roll over and are not refundable individually — the value is the plan's ongoing access, not a per-report credit balance.

financial hardship

if you're in a tight spot, reach out. we would rather pause your plan than see you charged for something you can't use right now. email us and we'll find the right option.
