these terms govern your use of grepthat (grepthat.com), a competitive intelligence and campaign strategy report generator. grepthat is part of the manymoats family of products. by creating an account or using grepthat, you agree to these terms.

1. what grepthat is

grepthat produces structured, evidence-aware competitive intelligence reports and campaign strategy output from a company, product, or category you provide. it is a software tool, not a market research firm, a law firm, or a financial adviser, and it does not provide legal, financial, or investment advice.

2. your account

you're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. you must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase a report or plan.

4. billing & cancellation

grepthat sells pay-per-report access (Operator Report, Deep Operator Report) and monthly plans (Operator Starter, Operator Core, Operator Field Team, Deep Campaign Plan). monthly plans bill monthly — we never charge a lump annual fee. pay-per-report purchases are one-time charges for that report. cancel a monthly plan anytime in one click; see our refund & cancellation policy.

5. report accuracy & no professional advice

reports are AI-assisted analysis of publicly available and provided information. they are assistance, not guarantees of accuracy, and are not legal, financial, or investment advice. every claim about a named company is sourced and dated where possible; unverifiable claims are labeled as such, never presented as fact. you are responsible for verifying anything you rely on before acting.

6. comparative & competitor content

grepthat's reports may name competitors and cite their publicly available prices, features, and documented practices for the purpose of truthful comparison. we do not use competitor logos, and we do not assert unverified claims about intent or wrongdoing.

7. your content

you own the reports generated for you and any inputs you provide. we don't claim ownership of your work. we respect intellectual property and honor valid DMCA takedown requests.

8. availability & disclaimers

grepthat is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
